Materials characterization

Characterization of polymers, resins, composites and rubbers by different analytical techniques. For example Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Infrared, UV Visible spectroscopy, mechanical properties and complete molecular weight distribution.

Batch raw materials validation

Polymers, resins, composites and rubbers from different batches are compared in order to determine if those materials are equivalent and to validate interchangeability. This will guaranty that the new materials will be processed in the same way as the previous one, and there will not be any processing problem so as that the product quality will be the same for products obtained by injection, injection-blow, extrusion, extrusion-blow, by curing or any other used processes.  

Formulation studies

Formulation studies using rapid analytical methods such as calorimetry, allow us to fulfill with development times, and also to comply with the required mechanical and rheological properties (in shear and in extension modes) for the material to be processed and for the finished product. This kind of studies can be done for products without any charge and for composite materials (filled with particles) o for reinforced materials (filled with fibers).
